The Mayor of Surfside criticizing a police officer who pulled super model Gisele Bündchen over for a traffic stop, calling his behavior toward Tom Brady's ex "unacceptable."

Bodycam footage captured the interaction last week and showed the officer being dismissive when Bündchen told him trying to escape the paparazzi following her.

In Mayor Charles Burkett's letter to the Surfside Police chief, he slammed the officer's dismissive posture towards a resident who is clearly in distress.

"I was just trying to stay (away) from that guy," Bündchen told the cop as she pointed toward a paparazzi vehicle that she said was tailing her. "I’m so tired. Everywhere I go I have these f-cking guys after me. Nothing protects me. I can’t do nothing. I just want to live my life."

The officer told her there was nothing he could do, and he let her off with a warning.

The interim police chief, Henry Doce, supported the officer but agreed saying there should have been more empathy.
